Vegetarian and mainly organic meals are served in our spacious dining hall, which overlooks the surrounding islands & Clew Bay, with beautiful views of the mountains to the North, Croagh Patrick to the South and the broad Atlantic Ocean and Clare island to the West.
As there is a lot of planning involved in running courses on the Island, it helps if you can book early to make sure we can run the course and arrange boats and cooks etc. We need a minimum of 12 course participants to run a course. NB It is also possible to pay a deposit to secure a place on a course to avoid disappointment.
